Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

What does XHTMLd do?

We transform a graphic template (PSD, JPG, PNG, AI etc.) into web ready XHTML and CSS documents.

How long does it take?

Most projects are delivered within 2 days. Adding additional pages and/or integration may require extra time. We will let you know when you order, if you aren't happy with the time frame - we will stop your project.

What happens if you can't finish in 2 days?

We will keep you updated with project status just in case there are any problems that may extend the delivery time. The delivery time is guaranteed only from the start when payment has been received. In any case, we do our best to keep our word and deliver your markup within 2 days, sometimes it takes time because of the hand-code procedure (usually very complex designs). However, in case we fail to do so, we'll give you 15% off on the final price.

Can you provide Javascript, AJAX, back-end applications and scripts?

Yes we can. There is a small $50 charge for implementation or modification of any special requested Javascript, Ajax or back-end applications.

When do I pay?

You are required to pay 50% upfront, and the other 50% upon completion of the project. When the final payment is received you will be able to download your website. We ask for 50% upfront to confirm your commitment, but it is fully refundable and all our work is guaranteed if your not happy with it.

What is the method of payment?

We accept all major type of Credit Cards such as VISA, Master Card, American Express and Paypal. All of payments are processed securely through Paypal.

What do you suggest we send for best results?

* .PSD file (make certain you haven't hidden any layers you want included).
* A file (DOC, PDF, TXT, RTF etc.) describing any special needs.
* Any custom Fonts that have been used.

Will you sign an NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement)?

Of course. If you don't want your design to be publicly shown in our portfolio, we are more than willing to sign an NDA to protect your identity.
